Rakitnica Picnic – Traditions, flavors, and adventures in nature

The Vodice Tourist Board cordially invites all locals and visitors to a special, atmospheric picnic in Rakitnica, where tradition and nature meet!

Time: 10:00 a.m.
Location: Area around St. John's Church

During the picnic, visitors will be able to learn the secrets of traditional wild vegetable and mush preparation, while the Vodiške perlice Cultural Association and a local music band will provide entertainment. Traditional beans and other delicacies will be served to visitors, ensuring that the flavors are also part of the experience.

 Special program:
At 11:15 a.m., a guided walking tour will depart from the picnic to the Liburnian-Roman site in Velika Mrdakovića – discover traces of history while breathing fresh air in beautiful natural surroundings.

 Comfortable travel:
A shuttle bus will depart from the Vodice bus station every half hour starting at 8:30 a.m. for all participants, ensuring a carefree and comfortable journey.
